Dear Patient,
Retirement
I am writing to let you know that I will be retiring at the end of December 2022.
It has been my privilege to have been your GP for the last 25 years. I have been lucky to work with a fantastic team to try and provide the best care we can for our patients and community. I am confident that I am leaving you in the safe hands of Johan, Maher, Sam, and the rest of the team who are determined to deliver outstanding care.
If you would like to say goodbye, then please pop in between 1pm – 3:30pm on Wednesday 21 December where you can join me for nibbles and a drink.
