Appointments information

We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked:

You need to register for the NHS App to be able to book appointments online. Please click here for more information about how to register for the NHS App.

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

It is our policy to try and offer all patients an appointment with one of our GPs within 48 hours, and we endeavour to ensure that most patients are offered an appointment with a healthcare professional (Doctor or Nurse) within 24 hours.

If you require advice please speak to our Reception staff. They are highly trained and will treat you very professionally. A brief explanation of the type of service you need from us will help them to direct you to the most appropriate person. For example, if you told the Receptionist you had a muscle, joint, neck or back pain they could book you directly in with the First Contact Physiotherapist.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

There are few ways you can cancel appointments:

  • Using the cancellation link in your appointment reminder text message
  • Online using NHS App
  • Telephoning the Practice
