We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked:
- Online using the NHS App
- Telephoning the surgery
- Visiting the surgery in person

We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
Routine GP appointments are prebookable up to 2 weeks in advance, and you can choose between Face-to-Face or Video Consultations. If you have an urgent medical problem the practice aims to offer clinical advice or an appointment the same / next day.

If you require advice please speak to our Reception staff. They are highly trained and will treat you very professionally. A brief explanation for your appointment will help us understand the type of service you need from us, and will help us direct you to the most appropriate clinician. For example, if you told the Receptionist you had an muscle, joint, neck or back pain they could book you directly in with the First Contact Physiotherapist. The Practice has several healthcare professionals working at the practice, such as Pharmacist, Mental Health Practitioners, Care Coordinators, Social Prescribing workers.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
