Virtual Patient Reference Group (PRG)
We are always keen to look a ways to improve services for our patients, and to help us understand patient perceptions and expectations in 2008 we asked for volunteers to set up a Patient Forum. This group of patients meets every 6-8 weeks and has been influential in shapingthe development of the practice, from premises improvements, operational policy changes and health promotion.
In 2010, in acknowledgement that many patients were unable to attend a face-to-face Patient Forum meeting, we agreed to set 'virtual' patient reference group (PRG). The PRG is formed from patients who have signed up to receive ad hoc emails from the practice or Patient Forum whereby we receive the views and ideas from a wider demographic group.
If you would like to part of the virtual PRG please submit the form below - we promise that we will only contact you a few times a year, and we keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
