| We are currently working with our clinical software supplier (EMIS) to develop facilities which will allow you to help manage long-term
conditions by communicating with the practice clinical team online. This
project is still in a development stage for most disease areas, but we will keep you informed
about the
progress we are making.
For patients with asthma there is
an online asthma "consultation", which is an alternative way to have your review
with the asthma nurse, and may mean you don't need to make the journey to the
practice.
There is an online questionnaire for patients with diabetes, which allows
patients to raise concerns or ask questions about their diabetes before their
next review. If you have previously registered to use the
online medical record viewer, and you have asthma
or diabetes, you can log on straight away by using this link.
