All repeat prescriptions are regularly reviewed so after a period of time the doctor may ask to see you.
We do not accept orders for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

All repeat prescriptions take two working days to process and can be requested by:

1. Online
View and request your repeat medication at your convenience. First of all you must register to use the online facility.  Already a user? Click here to use the online system.

2. Home Delivery online prescription ordering service
This service is run by Phamacy2U.  Once registered you can request your medication over the telephone and it will be delivered to your doorstep. Click here to access the Pharmacy 2U service.

3. By fax
Please remember to include your full name and address and the medication you require and fax to:

5. Hand delivery or post
Bring your repeat prescription slip it to the surgery and pop it into the box at the reception counter, or send it to us using the postal service
