After reading law at University, and following 6 years working in the private sector within sales, marketing, and contract service delivery, I decided to test myself within the challenging world of the NHS. Thus, in 2003, I moved to Marple Cottage Surgery where my role involves managing the smooth running of the Practice, ensuring that all patients receive a professional, efficient and clinically sound service, along with providing strategy and business planning for the development of the practice.

Outside of the Practice I have a keen interest in sport and personal fitness, particularly football and running, although I find little time for such little pleasures since the birth of my very demanding daughter in 2005!
