Warren Tuite BA Hons. Health Care Management

After working part-time at Marple Cottage Surgery as a Receptionist whilst studying for my A-level qualifications in 2002, I took on the role of Operations Manager. As part of my role I undertook a Healthcare Management degree at Manchester Metropolitan University, and I successfully graduated in June 2005.

My role is maintaining and developing the efficient running of the practice operations e.g. the support team, clinical systems, appointment systems etc.

Outside of the practice my interests include mainly music where I play and teach percussion locally for a variety of musical concerts and contests.

At the front desk you may be greeted by Helen Boothby, Joanne Royle, Penny Skelton or Amanda Gray.
Ann Bennett and Jacqui Greally form the ‘secretarial team’ and work together to ensure all patient referral letters are dealt with quickly and efficiently and manage the clinical documents and reports for the doctors and nurses.
